The intention on this project was to preserve at the maximum the original conformation and vegetation of the area with a construction that has an extensive program. For that, the house was divided in an irregular shaped basement with open collective use, and a regular volume with a central void that guarantees the privacy of the bedrooms. The structure of concrete and steel with great spans and cantilevers allows large suspended spaces, without the construction of walls or columns. With this structural configuration, in which the slabs are in part suspended by steel beams located in the roof, the intervention in the natural site was reduced to a minimum, which allowed the building to float between the threes.
