Project developed for the International Competition organized by the Accor Group<\/strong> aimed at reimagining the concept of the Novotel Hotel, the Group’s first brand. Awarded first place, it is currently being implemented in several locations across the network.<\/p>\n

The conceptual foundation proposes a new hospitality experience by reimagining the hotel as an urban hub, offering public services and uses. In this model, both guests can interact with the city, and local residents can enjoy this semi-public space.<\/p>\n

The interiors were designed with maximum flexibility to accommodate various uses of spaces and design elements. These can be adapted to different occasions and needs. Through a system of prefabricated modular elements \u2014 where large-scale replication enables the creation of complex details economically \u2014 structural furniture and concrete partitions are proposed to organize the space.<\/p>\n

The architectural concept also reflects the Accor brand’s hotel tradition, established in 1967, by emphasizing the balance of elements\u2014simple, timeless, and elegant. The project was designed with durability, aging gracefully, and the use of non-perishable materials in mind. This ensures that, in the future, the hotel can be refreshed with new combinations of furniture, decor, and textiles while maintaining the same structural architectural foundation.<\/p>\n
