Located on the Marginal Pinheiro, the project dialogues with three significant points for the project idea: the jockey club, the tower of Itaú and the marginal itself. The implantation in the terrain creates a relationship with these points to be in harmony with the pre-existing landscape, besides taking advantage of the rare horizontality in the city, which the marginal area provides.
The mixed-use of the building collaborates with the proposed volume. The basement of service and offices dialogues with the street layout, while the residential tower has a regular prism volume.
